i – subscription vouchers Terms & Conditions

1. This subscription service is available to UK residents only.

2. Subscriptions are in the form of vouchers and we can either send vouchers direct to you to redeem at any participating newsagent, or we can send them to a nominated gift recipient of your choice.

3. The cost of the voucher subscriptions are £45 (Mon-Sat) or £35 (Mon-Fri) for 12 months; or £25 (Mon-Sat) or £20 (Mon-Fri) for 6 months.

4. Vouchers are only accepted at participating newsagents. The majority of retailers stock i and will accept vouchers. We can offer advice and intervention if your newsagent does not accept the vouchers.

5. The cost of the voucher subscription does not cover the cost of delivery of any newspapers. If local home delivery of i is required, this must be arranged and paid for separately by the customer with their newsagent.

6. All i subscriptions start on a Monday. We will get your vouchers to you in time for the next available Monday. As a guideline, allow about 10 working days from the date of your order, although we will try to be quicker than this where possible.

7. If you wish to cancel, you have 14 days after you receive your vouchers to return your complete set of vouchers to us. When we receive your vouchers we will refund your payment. Cancellation and refunds are not possible after 14 days. Please see the FAQ section for address details for returns.

8. Vouchers are not transferable and only valid in the UK. They cannot be accepted in lieu of payment for any other article.

9. Orders can be placed by telephone on 0800 0820628, online at or via other promotional routes as decided on from time to time.

10. In order to set up a card payment you need to be the signatory on the account/cardholder and have your card details to hand.

11. All payments will be charged to Independent Print Ltd.

12. All i Voucher Subscriptions are subject to these terms & conditions.

13. Independent Print Ltd reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions as it sees fit to satisfy its own commercial requirements.
