i – subscription vouchers Terms & Conditions

1. This subscription service is available to schools, colleges and other educational establishments only. If you are not ordering on behalf of a school or educational establishment, please visit www.i-subscription.co.uk to choose an alternative subscription package to suit your needs.

2. Subscriptions are in the form of vouchers and we will send vouchers directly to you to redeem at any participating newsagent.

3. The cost of the subscription package is £26 each if you buy 1-3 subscriptions or £22 each if you buy 4+ subscription packages. The subscription is for Monday-Friday for 36 weeks (the equivalent of an academic year). The vouchers are valid for 1 calendar year from the start date.

4. Vouchers are only accepted at participating newsagents. The majority of retailers stock i and will accept vouchers. We can offer advice and intervention if your newsagent does not accept the vouchers.

5. The cost of the voucher subscription does not cover the cost of delivery of any newspapers. If local delivery of i is required, this must be arranged and paid for separately by the customer with their newsagent.

6. All i subscriptions start on a Monday. We will get your vouchers to you in time for the next available Monday. As a guideline, allow about 10 working days from the date of your order, although we will try to be quicker than this where possible.

7. If you wish to cancel, you have 14 days after you receive your vouchers to return your complete set of vouchers to us. When we receive your vouchers we will refund your payment. Cancellation and refunds are not possible after 14 days. Please see the FAQ section for address details for returns.

8. Vouchers are not transferable and only valid in the UK. They cannot be accepted in lieu of payment for any other article.

9. Orders can be placed by telephone on 0800 0820628, online or via other promotional routes as decided on from time to time.

10. In order to set up a card payment you need to be the signatory on the account/cardholder and have your card details to hand.

11. All payments will be charged to Independent Print Ltd.

12. All i Voucher Subscriptions are subject to these terms & conditions.

13. Independent Print Ltd reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions as it sees fit to satisfy its own commercial requirements.
